Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
Note: Earrings are non-refunable.
Repackage your items in the original packaging, unworn and with the invoice recieved with your order. Then go through our Returns Portal for further instructions on how to return.
You will be responsible for the return of your order which includes covering the cost of your return label, shipping is non refundable. We advise you to use a tracked service and keep the proof of postage as we will not be held accountable for anything lost in transit.
You will receive confirmation once it has been received and then if the return has been accepted or rejected. Upon acception of the return the order will be refunded to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 days for this to show and contact us if this window has passed. The other option is store credit.
Note that general wear and tear tarnishing from oil based products, perfumes and/ or other liquids does not qualify as a fault with the jewellery. To maintain the shine of your jewellery please avoid these products as we will not accept the return.
If there is a genuine fault with the jewellery please attach photos on the returns portal.
